RUNNERS PER TEAM
Form a team of 5 runners — friends, family, or colleagues. Each member runs one leg of the relay.

EACH LEG
Every runner completes a 5-kilometer leg before handing off the baton at the designated exchange zone.
25K
TOTAL DISTANCE
Your team collectively covers 25 kilometers. The team's total time is recorded from the first start to the last finish
BATON EXCHANGE PROCESS
Baton exchange zone is clearly marked with signage and marshals. The incoming runner must hand the baton to the next runner within this zone. The next runner may begin moving once the incoming runner enters the zone, but the baton must be physically passed before the zone ends. Dropped batons must be picked up by the runner who dropped it.

Important Guidelines

1. Team Composition

Each team must have 5 members, including one designated Change Leader, who will act as the official team representative.

2. Running Order

Teams may decide their own running sequence. Bibs will have number and name. Designated person should wear the Bib.

3. Registration Details

The running order submitted during registration may be followed or changed as per team strategy.

4. Bib Number Format

Bib numbers are designed to clearly identify the team and running sequence is the choice of team.

5. Reporting Time

All team members are advised to arrive at the venue at the designated reporting time to enjoy the event environment and avoid delays.

6. First Runner Line-Up

The first runner of each team must report to the start point at the scheduled start/flag-off time.

7. Transition Preparation

Each subsequent runner must reach the baton exchange/start point at least 5 minutes before the expected return of the previous runner.

8. Runner Arrival Notification

The event team will try to assist by announcing incoming runners, but the team is solely responsible for ensuring timely transitions and monitoring the returning runner.

9. Exchange & Finish Area

The start point, baton exchange area, and finish point will remain the same for all runners.

10. Lap Structure

Each runner completes one lap, and the combined 5 laps will determine the final team timing.

11. Timing & Results

Official timing from the time-keeping system will be final and binding. No exceptions, manual overrides, or appeals will be entertained.

12. Timing Chip Responsibility

The timing chip will be attached to the baton. Loss or damage of the chip will be the team's responsibility.

13. Pre-Event Check

Teams are strongly advised to check the timing chip and baton during the Expo Day before leaving the venue.

14. Adherence to Rules

All teams must follow the event's running rules, route regulations, and instructions from volunteers and officials.

15. Disqualification Criteria

A team will be disqualified if: Any member violates event rules; Any runner skips the timing mat; Any irregularity or misconduct is observed. Disqualified teams will not be eligible for podium positions.

16. Sportsmanship & Spirit

Teams are requested to cooperate with event organizers and uphold true sportsmanship. This relay is more than a race—it's a collective commitment to a healthier, greener, and safer future for the next generation.
